bet939 Platform Usage Agreement

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise. Understanding these definitions is important before proceeding to the substantive provisions below.

• "bet939" refers to the online betting and gaming platform operated at bet939.one, including all associated services, products, and interfaces made available to registered users.
• "Platform" means the bet939 website, mobile-optimised interface, and any software application through which betting and gaming services are delivered.
• "User", "You", "Player" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses any service on the bet939 Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration on the bet939 Platform, as accessed via bet939 Login.
• "Bet" means any wager placed by a User on any sporting event, casino game, or other gaming product offered on the bet939 Platform.
• "Funds" means the Pakistani Rupee (PKR) balance held in a User's bet939 Account, including deposits, winnings, and credited bonuses.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive awarded to a User by bet939 in accordance with applicable promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by bet939 before processing withdrawals or when requested under compliance obligations.

By registering an Account on the bet939 Platform, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent confirmation, or by continuing to use the bet939 Platform after these Terms have been made available to you, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with bet939 and confirming your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create a bet939 Account and must immediately cease using the Platform. bet939 reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail in all circumstances.

To be eligible to register for and use a bet939 Account, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active Account:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a human individual — corporate entities and automated systems may not register Accounts.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You have not previously had a bet939 Account that was suspended, closed, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion period on the bet939 Platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a current employee or contractor of bet939 in a role that could represent a conflict of interest.

bet939 may require Users to submit CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) documentation or equivalent government-issued identity documents at any point to verify age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bet939 may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the bet939 Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, different names, or any other mechanism — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bet939 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit all Funds in the event of duplicate Account detection.

When registering your bet939 Account, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and current information. You must promptly notify bet939 via customer support if any of your registered details change, particularly your mobile number which serves as your primary account identifier and two-factor authentication device. The bet939 Login process relies on the security of your registered mobile number — you are responsible for maintaining its security.

• You must provide your real full name as it appears on your CNIC.
• You must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number that you own and control.
• You must set a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party.
• You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not it was authorised by you.

bet939 will never ask for your password via any communication channel including customer support chat, SMS, or email. Any request for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to bet939 immediately.

All financial transactions on the bet939 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bet939 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, Raast / 1LINK, retail OTC channels, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amount: PKR 100.

All deposits are credited to your bet939 Account wallet in real time or as soon as the relevant payment network confirms the transaction. bet939 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, network congestion, or banking system downtime.

bet939 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence review to withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, that involve unusual transaction patterns, or that are submitted before wagering requirements on associated bonuses have been satisfied. Funds deposited into a bet939 Account must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed.

• Deposit-only transactions (depositing and withdrawing without any betting activity) are not permitted and will be subject to a 10% processing fee to cover payment provider charges incurred by bet939.
• bet939 does not charge its own transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
• Funds deposited in error cannot be reversed by bet939 and must be recovered through the relevant payment provider.

All bets placed on the bet939 Platform are subject to the specific product rules applicable to that market or game type. These product-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the bet939 Platform and should be read alongside these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, product-specific rules take precedence over these general Terms with respect to the specific product.

• Bets are accepted only when a User's Account holds sufficient cleared Funds to cover the stake.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by a User once accepted by the bet939 system, except where a specific "cash-out" or "edit bet" feature is explicitly offered and available for the relevant market.
• bet939 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known to the player at the time of placement.
• In the event of a technical error, data feed failure, or manifestly incorrect odds, bet939 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant User Accounts.
• Maximum payout per single event settlement: PKR 5,000,000 unless otherwise specified for a particular market.
• bet939 reserves the right to limit bet stakes, restrict betting markets, or close Accounts of players identified as professional bettors or arbitrage bettors at its sole discretion.

Live betting (in-play) markets at bet939 are suspended during certain match events including wickets, goals, and video review decisions. Bets accepted during a suspension window are void. bet939 takes reasonable steps to enforce this rule but cannot guarantee it in all circumstances due to data feed latency.

bet939 offers various promotional incentives to registered users including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions such as PSL season specials. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, maximum bet restrictions, and expiry dates which are communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

• Each promotional offer at bet939 may be claimed once per household, IP address, payment method, and CNIC number unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• bet939 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus credits and associated winnings are forfeited if an Account is closed or self-excluded before wagering requirements are completed.
• bet939 reserves the right to reclaim bonus credits that were awarded in error or obtained fraudulently, including by deduction from real Funds held in the Account.

Users of the bet939 Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Breach of this section may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Funds without compensation.

• Using any automated script, bot, scraper, or other non-human mechanism to interact with the bet939 Platform in any way.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the bet939 Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on bet939.
• Using insider information not publicly available at the time of bet placement.
• Engaging in systematic arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or any strategy designed to exploit bet939's promotional structures.
• Colluding with other players, including chip-dumping in poker and live casino products.
• Depositing or transacting with funds derived from criminal activity — bet939 is obligated to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing or attempting to access other Users' Accounts without authorisation.

bet939 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in any investigation relating to prohibited conduct on the Platform. All transaction records and account activity logs are retained and may be provided to competent authorities upon lawful request.

bet939 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The Platform includes a suite of tools that allow Users to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from the Account Settings section of every registered bet939 Account.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may set time reminders that notify them after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may self-exclude for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion is applied immediately and cannot be reversed before the nominated period expires.

No User may copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any bet939 content without express written permission from bet939.

The bet939 name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of bet939. Unauthorised use of bet939's trademarks — including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bet939's total liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall be limited to the total value of Funds held in that User's Account at the time the claim arises. bet939 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.

bet939 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, and third-party infrastructure failures may cause temporary Platform unavailability. bet939 will make reasonable efforts to notify Users of planned downtime in advance and to minimise unplanned outages.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the bet939 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory standards and the laws of the jurisdiction under which bet939 holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute regarding a specific bet settlement or account transaction, Users should contact bet939 Customer Support via live chat in the first instance. bet939 will investigate and respond to all dispute submissions within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through Customer Support, Users may escalate to bet939's formal complaints process, details of which will be provided upon request.

bet939 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via SMS to their registered mobile number and/or a prominent notice on the bet939 Platform. The effective date of any amendment will be clearly stated.

Continued use of the bet939 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact Customer Support to close your Account and withdraw any Funds held therein.
